The meaning of the poem is about death and " a better place"
When Emily quotes all of those lines such as: another sky, another sunshine, silent fields, little forests, brighter garden, and unfading flowers, it makes you want to think of heaven. Personally the poem IS talking about heaven and how there is a better place. I also think that Emily Dickenson is speaking to her brother, because she quotes his name , Austin, and at the very end she quotes " Prithee, my brother, into my garden, come!" That is what I think the poem means when I read it.
